How did Swag Connection do on our first order? For us it really came down to outstanding execution against the "Ease of Doing Business" aspect.

 Other vendors let us know our order would be tight time-wise.  Swag Connection, however, went into action also and sent over a handy PDF with your specific suggestions for our project - big enough to offer several choices, but small enough to be manageable.  I pulled it up on screen and happened to be in a meeting room with our client.  I turned the screen toward him, scrolled the images up and down, and we had our choices narrowed down in about 8 seconds.

Then we internally chose the final item we wanted and began working with Cindy on artwork, pricing, etc.  I mentioned to my client that "there are other vendors we're talking to, but unless we hear back from them soon and they come up with something dramatically better I'm going with Swag Connection with whom we're well and smoothly underway".  Client concurred.

The freight-not-included aspect was a surprise, but the quick freight estimation and being willing to work with us on pricing was a nice bump-recovery.  

Barring something awful happening with the shipments (which I don't imagine will happen J) I imagine anyone I know looking for swag I'll refer to you because of how quick/insightful you both have been about making it easy.
