How Long Does It Take to Get My Swag Once I Order?
Typical turnaround time is between 1-3 weeks on most orders. For clients who need swag in a hurry we offer same-day and 1-day production on many items.
At the other end of the spectrum, our clients can save big bucks on large orders if they allow time for custom overseas production (typically 90-120 days).

What Kind of Artwork Will I Need To Provide?
Each of our suppliers has their own artwork specifications, so it depends on the project. In most cases, Adobe Illustrator EPS files are the preferred filetype.
Many of our clients need help with artwork. Our art department can do everything from simple typesetting to custom design creation, at a very reasonable cost.
What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity?
It really depends on the item you want to order. As a rule of thumb, lower-priced items have higher minimum order quantities. Apparel items are typically ordered by the dozen. Minimum orders on high-end business gifts and awards can be as low as 1-6 items while minimums on items costing less than $1.00 are more like 250-500 pieces.
